The Captain Renaud Foundation has donated tens of thousands of dollars to Houston Firefighters battling occupational cancer, and to the families of firefighters that have lost their battle with cancer. We recognize this is a very private matter in your life. In effort to better reach our brother and sister firefighters in their time of need, we created this request form to be able to provide financial assistance, with 100% privacy. Please fill out this form if you have been diagnosed with occupational cancer, are being treated for occupational cancer, have an on-duty injury with extended recovery time, and have also been out for an extended period of time and/or exhausted your city benefit time. None of the information you provide will be shared with anyone.

Our foundation is funded through events, sponsorships and donations. Our board members do not receive any financial contributions or salaries. We are grateful for the opportunity to help our Houston Firefighters.
